Supporting carers

Carers make an invaluable contribution to the people and families they care for. Our support can allow you to enjoy a well-deserved break with the peace of mind that if anything happens, we are here, night or day. We work with people from children with health problems to older people with dementia. We make sure our support is tailored especially to suit you and the person you are caring for.

Being a carer is a difficult and sometimes exhausting job, and we want to help in any way we can. Our customers have said how much they enjoy the extra reassurance and peace of mind we offer.

You are also able to join the Carers' Emergency Alert Card scheme, run by Chichester Careline on behalf of West Sussex County Council. This means that if you run into a problem or something happens to you, we are able to inform a nominated person that they need to help the person you care for. There's more information on our carer's alert card page.
