Supporting family members

If you have a family member with health problems or other needs, you may find yourself worrying about them when you can't be with them. We are here to help you.

Our solutions provide you with reassurance in the knowledge that if your loved one needs help, our highly trained operators are available 24/7 at just the press of a button.

We help people not only to continue to live safely and independently within their own home, but also out and about too. Within their home, we have a range of solutions that allow you to check your loved one is okay. These even include movement sensors, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your relative is getting on with their day. These sensors can be placed around the house, such as in the kitchen, by the fridge or kettle so you can be certain your loved one is eating and drinking. They also allow you to monitor if expected visitors are coming to the house, such as a cleaner or carer, with special cards that will monitor if they have visited for the day and alert you if not.

We support customers of all ages and needs. Our solutions enable people to maintain their independence in their everyday lives, with the reassurance that we are there if there's a problem. We have even helped a university student with epilepsy to move away from home with the support of our solutions.

Our ground breaking solutions have been recognised all over the world and have saved many lives. We also offer GPS locator solutions, that are suitable for anyone who wants extra reassurance whilst out and about, but especially those with dementia. Family members are able to log in to a secure website, or call our 24/7 control centre who have access, where they can locate you if you get into trouble. For an extra layer of reassurance, we also have a GPS locator with a button that connects you directly to our control centre, meaning if you need help you can speak directly to us, at any time, day or night.
